Shipping & Processing Times

Orders ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. Flat-rate shipping estimates may be used for consistency.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Every effort is made to ensure orders arrive safely. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. While lost or stolen packages are rare, customers are encouraged to select shipping insurance at checkout for added protection. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, checking with the local carrier is the best course of action.
